Please, if your plans change, cancel your reservations promptly, 7 days prior
to arrival date for refund. Less than 7 days or failure to arrive, will forfeit
deposit and cancel confirmed reservation. Groups of 3 lodgings or more
must cancel outside of 45 days or full forfeiture of deposit will apply.
